About Rona
I am a private tutor and school-based Learning Support Assistant with over fifteen years of dedicated experience supporting young learners. My background is rooted in child development and behavioral strategies, beginning with formal education in Nursing and transitioning into practicing as an ABA Therapist and certified RBT. Having spent the last several years working independently within classrooms and homes across the UAE, I bring an authentic, professional, and deeply patient understanding of how students learn. I focus on looking at the whole picture including attention, motivation, and classroom dynamics to help students navigate academic hurdles at a pace that fits them.

I believe that a student needs to feel comfortable and supported to truly engage with learning. Because of my classroom experience, I structure our online sessions with clear routines and encouraging reinforcement so students feel invited to try their best. I welcome functional movement, stretching, and focus tools, adapting the pace to match a student's energy on any given day. Using a multi-camera setup, I keep lessons highly visual and interactive, switching easily between face-to-face communication and an overhead view for writing or math problem-solving.
