About Viv
I am an experienced teacher with a personal interest in language and literacy. I like seeing improvement in students' ability and even more importantly, seeing the believe in their own ability increase along with their confidence. I have teaching qualifications as well as post graduate qualifications specifically targeted to language acquisition. I work with all age ranges from young children to adults and am currently tutoring four primary aged students in China, online of course.

I have worked with students who have a non-English speaking background as well as native speakers. I have worked in schools in New Zealand and other countries and have considerable experience in private tutoring as well. I am skilled in teaching many areas of English language and Literacy, including (but not limited to) grammar, punctuation, editing skills, sentence construction, factual and fictitious writing.
