As a tutor, I aim to create a program of learning tailored to each child’s strengths and areas for development. Through open communication with parents and an initial baseline assessment, I can determine which areas of learning need a focus on to promote progress. I can then implement a course of engaging and personalized sessions to develop a deeper level of understanding and academic advancement.
