About Nicola
I believe in creating an environment where every child feels comfortable, confident and able to achieve. I consider my approach to be positive, full of praise and being able to instil that can-do attitude in all children. Making learning fun, engaging and memorable is the key to success. Every child has the ability to reach their full potential and it is my job in aiding them to do so. I have been working in education for 11 years in a variety of roles. I have worked with children ages 3-11 and those who have additional needs. I specialise in teaching those with additional needs and children up to the end of Year 4. I currently work as a year 2 teacher in a mainstream setting and have full experience of teaching an Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
