About Mpho

I am a versatile, hardworking, experienced, and heartwarming teacher who is now mentoring schools at the District level. I have massive experience in teaching and tutoring learners. All learners I tutored passed with amazing results. From 2008 until date, I am always assisting learners labeled as challenged, for example, slow learners, ADD, Dyslexia, learners experiencing neglect by educators, etc. My experience is noticeable in the positive results and the bond I unlock in a learner. My experience has taught me that a learner who progressed/pushed through to the next grade is doomed for failure; a learner needs to be instilled with complete grade-level or even above grade-level skills.

About the lesson

I believe in building a sound friendly relationship first.
Checking the most challenged content and familiarizing with what the learner feels comfortable with and not. For English, have to make sure whether a learner can read sounds, words, sentences, passages with understanding. These will direct as to which relevant methodology will be relevant to a particular learner.

The first lesson with Mpho will allow you to get to know each other and discuss your needs for future lessons.

Details

Learners are registered for tutoring after a full assessment is done and paid for. A full report is given with a full overview of the learner performance and strategies to be followed. Time allocation will depend on the learner pacing, which can be negotiated.
Learners with a severe barrier to the learner can be enrolled, only if assessments revealed room for improvement, otherwise referral can be suggested as part of assessments paid for
