About Davine
I am a 23 year old Uni student who has always had great interest for Biology. I enjoy passing my knowledge on and I am very keen on helping you fall in love in Biology too.
I stated off tutoring my siblings, classmates and friends in 2016 and now I share my knowledge with the world.
I can confidently say that I am a successful tutor as seen by my students results and how they have faired after our sessions. Now am not saying it will magically be easier, but it is my job to do everything I can to simplify the subject.
I give homework occasionally but don't you worry, it is based on whatever was done in class that day/week.

I have over 5 years experience teaching biology and earned a B in my secondary school qualifying exams.
My method includes lessons tailored to my students needs and preference. I find ways to make biology as interesting as possible by using fun videos, textbooks and class games and quizzes to help it stick.
Homework is given from time to time to ensure my students understand what we have done in the lesson.
A typical lesson lasts between 60-90 minutes where I aim to complete a whole topic (depending on what the topic involves).
In terms of age groups, I work with ages 10 (for primary school science ) and above.
I operate an open policy where students are free to tell me how they feel about our work at every point. This helps me know what extra areas to work on and if I need to adjust my method. This also makes my student confident and comfortable, making them better in the long run.
