About Charlotte
I am a trainee teacher studying primary education with QTS. I have had experience teaching in primary schools with children between 3-11. I have taught core subjects with various age groups. I have also coached one to one with children struggling at certain subjects/topics.

My teaching method includes themes centring the child’s interests (for example, I have used a theme of frozen whilst teaching maths with one of my young students). This encourages the child to engage with the lesson and thus it is more likely they learn. I also prefer to use praise to build a child’s confidence, and prevent them from fearing making a mistake (as the best way we learn is from mistakes!)
