About Lily-Anne
Hi, I’m Lily-Anne! I’m a primary school teacher currently teaching Prep and Grade 1. I’m passionate about helping children become confident, independent learners and making learning feel positive and enjoyable.
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Primary Education and will graduate this year. Alongside my university studies, I work as a classroom teacher, giving me valuable hands-on experience teaching literacy, numeracy, and supporting students with a range of learning needs.
I am patient, friendly, and encouraging, and I understand that every child learns differently. I enjoy getting to know each student and adapting my teaching to suit their individual strengths and areas for improvement.
Most importantly, I want children to feel proud of their progress and excited about learning. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, having a go, and building their confidence.

I offer fun, supportive and engaging tutoring sessions tailored to each child’s individual learning needs. As a primary school teacher, I understand that every child learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to help students feel confident and successful.
I can support students from Prep to Grade 6 with English and Maths, including reading, phonics, spelling, writing, comprehension, number skills and other areas they may be finding challenging.
Lessons are usually 45–60 minutes and include clear explanations, modelling, guided practice and engaging activities. I can also provide extension for students who would benefit from an extra challenge.
My aim is to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building their confidence. Lessons can be tailored around what your child is currently learning at school or specific areas where they need extra support.
