About Caitlin
I have several years of experience working with primary-aged children as a Teaching Assistant, including supporting children with SEN and working one-to-one as well as in the classroom. I also have a background in teaching dance and performing arts, so I’m used to adapting how I explain things to suit different children. I’m calm, patient and encouraging, and I want children to feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence at their own pace.

I offer calm, supportive primary tutoring tailored to each child’s individual needs. Sessions can focus on English, maths, reading, homework support or building confidence in areas they find more difficult. I adapt activities and explanations to suit different learning styles, keeping lessons encouraging, clear and manageable rather than overwhelming.
