I have experience playing structured matches and training sessions, where I have developed solid technical skills, game awareness, and discipline. About the lesson

Lesson 1: Introduction to Cricket

Objective: Understand the game structure
• Cricket is played between two teams of 11 players
• Main formats: Test, ODI, and T20
• Aim: Score more runs than the opposing team
• Basic equipment: bat, ball, stumps, pads, gloves, helmet

Lesson 2: The Cricket Field & Positions

Objective: Learn the playing area
• Pitch: 22 yards long
• Crease: Batting, bowling, and popping crease
• Fielding positions: slips, gully, point, cover, mid-off, mid-on, square leg, fine leg, wicket-keeper

Objective: Learn how to bat correctly
• Grip: Hands close together, relaxed
• Stance: Side-on, knees slightly bent
• Basic shots:
• Forward defense
• Straight drive
• Cover drive
• Pull shot
• Scoring runs: Running between wickets or hitting boundaries (4s & 6s)
