The style that works best with me is those who are self-disciplined and receive more autonomy and frequently exhibit greater initiative. When they are interested in forming personal relationships and uniting their team behind a common objective. Employers who are supportive, highly engaged, and motivated to achieve business objectives benefit from this management style, acting as role models and providing clear instruction to help employees perform better and consistently meet their goals. My professional goals are to keep working on my skills as a writer and to one day pursue writing as a career, but I also want to start off as an editor after I graduate. I read now and one of my favorite things is to be able to give feedback on the work that I see.
