About Iman
I want to teach because I find it incredibly rewarding and I feel like I have valuable knowledge and skills to share with the world. Furthermore, I myself, am someone who has always benefited from extra attention from teachers and tutoring and thus I can empathise with you, and I also know what worked, and brought my attainment level up to (above) that of my peers. I personally went from a predicted B to A* in a matter of months, so I know the dedication needed to improve.

- typically 45 minute - 1 hour lessons (but happy to go up to 1.5 hours)
- mix of PowerPoint slides/explanation and practical work/exam questions, if applicable
- experience tutoring 6-10 year olds
- experience working one on one with neurodivergent (including autistic) students (and I have ADHD myself so am very aware of ways to keep attention up)
- would be happy tutoring from 7+, right through to A level
- has gone through the UK exam system and so I can empathise very well with UK students, and I know about the importance of exam technique
- can also help with personal statements, although mine was for geography, it mentioned English A level and secured me 5/5 university offers
