About Eliza
My name is Eliza and I’m a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Instructor (Level 3). Originally a dancer, I know all about how our body works and how to follow a healthy lifestyle. As a mum of 2 myself, I want to help other women feel good in their bodies and embrace all the changes that will occur. I also teach Ballet Fitness and Stretching.

My lessons are always well-planned and tailored to the needs of my clients. I make sure I create a friendly, non-judgemental environment where women feel confident and relaxed. I create programmes tailored to each client and their pregnancy stage. We focus on core and pelvic floor training. I also teach breathing techniques that carry you through labour and into the postnatal stage.
