About Milena

Hello! I’m Milena, a dedicated senior paralegal with ten years of experience in the legal field.

My passion for the law and education has driven me to help students achieve their academic goals. I’m here to guide you through complex legal concepts and improve your legal writing and analytical skills. I work with students across different legal systems and levels, helping them understand the law clearly, apply it confidently, and improve their exam performance. Alongside general legal tutoring, I have a strong focus on SQE1 preparation (FLK1 & FLK2).

Whether you’re studying law at school, university, or preparing for professional exams, I tailor lessons to your goals and level.

With a degree in legal studies and English Language, as well as extensive experience in working in a legal department for a big multinational company, I bring a practical and insightful approach to teaching. I’ve had the pleasure of mentoring students both formally and informally, and I love seeing the "aha" moments when concepts click.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, Pilates, beach volleyball and biking - when Dubai weather allows!

About the lesson

My SQE1 lessons are built around one thing: helping you pass first time.

I passed SQE1 on my first attempt, hold a Graduate Diploma in Law, and bring 10 years of experience as a Senior Paralegal into every session. That means I don't just teach the law, I show you how it works in practice, which is exactly the kind of understanding SQE1 rewards.

Lessons are tailored to where you are in your preparation. Whether you're starting from scratch, working through a specific FLK subject area, or in the final push before exam day, we'll focus on what matters most for you. I use active recall techniques, SQE-style practice questions, and structured feedback so you're building the kind of knowledge that holds up under exam pressure.

I also have years of English language tutoring experience, which makes a real difference for candidates who want to sharpen the precision and clarity of their legal reasoning in writing, especially for students whose mother tongue is not English.
