About Maryan
Hi there,
My name is Maryan, your Life Coach tutor and mentor! I have been a Life Coach for 7 years, alongside working as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. I have successfully ran many workshops in the personal development space,both as a sole trader and as contracted by large companies in the health space.
My passion is to share these vital skills that all of us need no matter what your occupation, background, living circumstances. We need skills to navigate relationships with others, at work, with our children and most importantly with ourselves. We need to focus forward and learn from our past. These skills are universal and if I can help you sharpen your skill-set to help someone else, then that's a win!
