About Yasinthra

Hello! My name is Yasinthra, and I am thrilled to be your tutor for Mathematics, English, History, and Science.

I have always been deeply passionate about education and helping students achieve their full potential. With 5 years of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of working with students of various ages and academic levels, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs.

Mathematics:
Mathematics is a subject that I find truly fascinating, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with my students. I am dedicated to simplifying complex concepts, using real-life examples, and providing practical strategies to tackle problem-solving effectively. My goal is not only to improve my students' math skills but also to boost their confidence in approaching mathematical challenges.

English:
The power of language and communication cannot be overstated. As an avid reader and writer, I am excited to guide students in enhancing their reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and critical thinking abilities. From grammar and vocabulary to essay writing and literary analysis, I create engaging lessons that help students express themselves eloquently and persuasively.

History:
History is a treasure trove of lessons from the past that shape our present and future. I aim to make historical events come alive for my students by connecting the dots, analyzing historical context, and encouraging discussions on the relevance of history in today's world. Through interactive learning, I hope to instill a love for history and its significance in understanding human society and cultures.

Science:

About the lesson

I use a combination of active learning and problem based learning (PBL). I find these methods to be effective throughout my 5 years of teaching experience.
My classes are usually 1 hour 30 minutes (maximum 2 hours).
I teach both KSSR and KSSM syllabus for English, Mathematics, Science and History.
