About Greer
I have 5+ years of experience teaching English, and I hold a Master of Arts in Literary Theory and Criticism. My focus is on helping beginner and intermediate learners build practical English skills for daily life. Whether it’s banking, shopping, or using public transport, I guide students through real-world situations they face every day. I use structured role-plays, practical vocabulary lists, and simulations of everyday scenarios to make learning meaningful and engaging. My lessons take place in a warm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable practicing and making mistakes. I’ve worked successfully with new immigrants, international students, and community members, helping them gain the language skills they need right away. I believe that learning English should be useful and immediately applicable. Together, we focus on building your confidence to navigate daily tasks with ease. Every lesson is designed to prepare you for real conversations and situations. I’m passionate about helping you master English so you can live more independently and confidently. Let’s start this journey to everyday English success!

My teaching approach focuses on making English fun and memorable, especially when it comes to dating and relationships. I help learners express their feelings clearly, understand social cues, and navigate romantic conversations with confidence. Through playful activities and role-plays, we practice real-life situations that build comfort and fluency.
I’m skilled at supporting Immigrant/Newcomer and Hobbyist learners by creating a warm, engaging space where they can thrive. Each lesson is designed to boost your ability to connect with others in personal and meaningful ways. We focus on vocabulary, tone, and body language to help you communicate naturally and confidently.
By practicing together, you’ll gain the skills to handle a variety of romantic conversations smoothly. I provide encouraging feedback and practical tips to make learning easy and enjoyable. Whether you want to make new friends, date confidently, or just feel more comfortable in social settings, I’m here to help.
English lessons with me are not just about language—they’re about building connections and having fun. Let’s make your personal conversations a joyful part of your English journey!
