About Leticia
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I started learning English at age seven because I attended bilingual schools from elementary to high school. I worked for USA companies in Mexico. I have a bachelor's degree in human resources from the Iberoamericana University. I want to help people to improve their Spanish after learning more about my culture, and others focusing on what each of my students learn in a classroom.

1. I'll speak Spanish at least 90% of the time during class; students will immerse, listen, and comprehend.
2. Show students that Spanish goes beyond classrooms and is important in other areas. I'll select topics we could address by currently learning what they learn in their classrooms. I will tailor co-curricular lessons according to each student's interest.
3. Teach Culture, Vocabulary, Writing, and Speaking with food and/or Art. One or two days a month will immerse in a country or specific culture with inspired vocabulary related to food or art. Also practice recipe or writing, reading, and checking ingredients for different dishes.
4. Play games, sing songs in Spanish, and prioritize Spanish reading materials (books, newspapers, etc.)
