About Francisco
I am a native Spanish speaker and fully bilingual journalist, editor, and communications professional with extensive experience working across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. I have spent my career writing, editing, interviewing public figures, and managing media projects in both Spanish and English. I also lived in Madrid for five years, giving me firsthand familiarity with Spanish as it is spoken in both Latin America and Spain.
My professional background has given me a deep understanding of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, tone, and style. I can help students learn not only the rules of the language, but also how Spanish is naturally used in everyday conversations, professional environments, travel, and written communication.

A typical lesson begins with a short conversation and a review of previous material. We then introduce a specific topic or language skill, practice it through guided exercises, and apply it in a realistic conversation or writing activity. We finish by reviewing corrections, answering questions, and setting a clear goal for the next lesson.
What sets me apart is my professional background as a native Spanish-speaking journalist, editor, and communicator. I have worked extensively in Spanish and English and lived in Madrid for five years, so I can help students understand both Latin American Spanish and the Spanish spoken in Spain.
