About Vivian
My interest in Excel and data management began when I realized how important these skills are in everyday work and professional environments. I pursued this interest by completing my Master’s Degree in Information Systems, where I developed a strong understanding of data tools and applications. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students learn Excel in a clear and practical way.
I believe that learning Excel should be simple and hands-on. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step guidance and real-life examples so students can understand how to use each feature effectively. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I continue to explore new Excel features and tools to keep my knowledge updated. This helps me bring useful and practical insights into my lessons. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students become more confident and efficient in their work. I aim to help every learner build strong data skills, improve their productivity, and develop the ability to use Excel confidently in academic, personal, and professional tasks.

Excel becomes powerful when students understand how to use it for real tasks instead of just learning features. In my lessons, I focus on practical learning where students work with data, use formulas, and create organized sheets. We begin with basic skills such as data entry, formatting, and simple calculations. I explain each step clearly so students can follow easily and build confidence from the beginning. The learning environment is relaxed and supportive.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced topics such as functions, charts, data analysis, and automation tools. I guide them through real examples so they can understand how Excel is used in different situations. Each lesson includes hands-on practice to help students apply what they learn immediately. I also provide feedback and corrections to improve accuracy and efficiency.
My goal is to help students become confident in using Excel for both academic and practical purposes. Over time, they become faster, more organized, and more comfortable working with data. These skills are valuable in many areas of work and study. I support learners in building strong practical knowledge, improving productivity, and developing the confidence to use Excel independently and effectively in different real-life situations.
