About Indie
With 6 years of professional experience in Guitar tutoring, I have successfully guided students from various age groups and professional backgrounds. I teach school children, college youth, and working professionals who want structured and meaningful training. My teaching philosophy centres on patience, clarity, and steady progress.
I ensure that students first master chords, strumming patterns, rhythm timing, and scales before advancing to more complex techniques like lead guitar and improvisation. I strongly believe that regular practice with proper guidance leads to long-term success.
Many of my students have gained confidence to perform on stage and participate in competitions. Watching their growth from beginners to skilled performers gives me great satisfaction. My Guitar teaching approach focuses on helping students understand music deeply while building strong technical skills. I create a positive and motivating environment where students feel confident to learn at their own pace. Clear communication is important in my classes, and I explain every concept in simple terms to ensure clarity.
I adapt lessons based on each student’s learning style and speed of understanding. Along with Guitar techniques, I teach supporting subjects such as Music Theory, Chord Theory, Rhythm Training, Scale Application, Ear Training, Songwriting fundamentals, and Performance preparation.
I use practical song examples and live performance analysis to connect theory with real-life musical situations. Lessons start with strengthening basics like finger coordination, smooth chord transitions, and rhythm accuracy.
As students grow, they learn advanced techniques including fingerstyle patterns, improvisation, lead guitar skills, and expressive phrasing. With structured practice guidance and regular progress evaluation, I help students become confident, skilled, and expressive guitarists.
