About Farhana
I am a MSc postgraduate student in Global and Cultural perspectives in mental health care. I have also graduated with a BSc Psychology degree at Sussex university. I work as a psychological well-being practitioner within a primary health care setting.

My teaching is based on active learning. For example, giving exercises on a particular topic (nouns, articles, verbs), practicing exam style questions. A great component of my teaching is about allowing the student to find the answers themselves and then I would provide answers. This enables them to remember the process their learning in their long term memory.
