About Imogen
I am a student of life as they say. I have many interests and passions. Writing, music, improvised jazz, yoga. I am also a certified yoga and breathwork instructor which really helps counter balance all the energy that goes into constant mental activity
Embodiment practices help a great deal when we find ourselves living mostly in our heads.
I would love to offer some simple breathing and stretching exercises in my lessons if that sounds like it may benefit you.
I am choosing to work as an online tutor as I am travelling the world.
I wish to connect with student's through shared passions and assist in their growth and gaining more knowledge and experience.
