About Radha
I am from Mauritius, a small island situated in the Indian Ocean. I have been a journalist for 20 years. So I have spent years writing articles in French and speaking this language in the context of my work. I hold a Bachelor's degree in French from University of London (2005) and a Master's Degree in French from University of South Africa (2011). At some point of my life, I had to choose between family and my career as a chief editor. I chose my family. No regrets! I decided to change my career path completely by starting to give private tuition to local high school students. Since 2016, I am an online French tutor and I am teaching students from different parts of the world. Teaching French is also a way for me to share my passion for this language to my students!

I design my lessons according to the needs of my students. I am very patient because I strongly believe that it is through our mistakes that we learn better. I also love meeting new people and discovering new cultures. So teaching for me is all about sharing. I prepare high school students for their exams. I am familiar with exams like IGCSE French, GCE French O Level, IB SL French, IB Ab Initio. I also prepare adults for exams like TEF, TCF and DELF. I am so passionate about teaching French that I even teach French speaking as a hobby and for travel. I believe that what makes me a good teacher is my patience, my friendliness and my flexibility. I always adapt to the needs of my students. My motto is: Make mistakes and learn from them!
