About Swagata
As being a teacher I believe that a very friendly relationship should be there with the students. Apart from the studies students should also feel free to share their problems.
And it is the most important duty of a teacher to create an interest of the student in the subject.

I'ma student by myself.
So I don't want to be a strict teacher. There will reading, understanding and solving questions of the text. English is my subject and I'll make sure so that every student love the subject, and I'll teach in a way so that each student feel free to ask any doubts regarding my teaching.
I would prefer teaching students of school.
