I read mechanical engineering in Rivers state University, Port Harcourt. I'm a talented Mathematics/Further Mathematics teacher with +4 years experience both in schools and as home tutor with testimonies of all kinds: self confidence and reliance, habit to read outside school environs without been compelled, awards winnings and scholarships (Locally and internationally). My chief teaching methods are demonstration and making connections. When I'm teaching word problems in algebra and in other branches in mathematics, I ensured to linked it to something in real-life to make them deeply understand the Technics involved in solving similar problems. E.g: A goat is tied to a peg with a rope 3 meters long in a field. What area will the goat graze on? Here I'll ensure to draw this problem in it geometric form which will detail the goat, peg, rope and the area of the field it grazed. This will enhance a quizzical understanding of the problem by the students.
