I am a Social and Organizational Psychologist and PhD student in Human Resource Development Policies. I worked for many years in Higher Education in Portugal and Angola and also in Management of distance learning platforms in Brazil - São Paulo.

My teaching method is essentially through either Skype or through some distance learning platform. Since I am in Portugal, the methodology used will always be at a distance. I am developing a study on the various teaching methodologies and which has the most positive impact on students. Hence my preference for this methodology of distance learning.
