About Mafalda
I teach Portuguese to natives and foreigners since 2010. I graduated in Philosophy and it was always in my interest to develop Portuguese and Portuguese culture courses. I prepare national exams, I give school explanations but what I like to do is personalized training, in which I can develop complete Portuguese courses, for this, without a doubt, it is necessary to add Portuguese Culture to the program. The Portuguese language is a special language, closely linked to its expression. Portuguese literature reveals to us the immense value of the word and its expression in our history. I have a Masters in Arts Education and with this I have developed Pedagogy skills that allow me to structure the Complete Course and adapt it to each trainee.

My classes are dynamic, I do not give Portuguese lessons ... the idea is to learn Portuguese and learn simultaneously about Portuguese culture. Vocabulary is around us and in our lives. Therefore, my methodology of the Complete Course is to learn and experience the Portuguese language. In this sense, I give theoretical and practical classes. Classes at home to learn linguistic and phonetic issues, improve oral and written expression and develop written and oral comprehension with the support of Portuguese Literature itself. The practical classes take place on the street, an effective way to learn vocabulary and the Portuguese culture itself. Visits to markets, museums and other historical or cultural spaces.
