About Theresa
Hi, I’m Theresa. I have a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in HRD psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
I am deeply passionate about teaching and supporting others in their learning journey. I enjoy explaining concepts in a clear and patient way, adapting my approach based on how each person understands best.
I also make a consistent effort to keep learning - whether it’s exploring new research, revisiting concepts I’m less familiar with, or improving how I explain topics - because I believe being a good tutor means growing alongside your students.

I genuinely enjoy helping people make sense of psychology in a way that feels approachable and useful. I’m especially comfortable working with students who are completely new to the subject, starting from the very basics and building their understanding gradually and without pressure. I like to explain ideas using real-life examples and simple language, so learning feels less intimidating and more engaging.
My goal as a tutor is to create a relaxed, supportive space where students feel confident asking questions and developing a real interest in psychology.
I am comfortable teaching both school and college level students. You can also join my classes if you are someone who is completely new to the field of psychology.
