About Dana

I have a degree in history in Tel Aviv and in philosophy in Paris. PhD student in the history of capitalism and currently researcher at the Edmund J. Safra Institute, Harvard. I'm publishing my first novel (strictly written in Hebrew!). I have lived in several countries, including China, Russia, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, of which I have studied and learned the languages. I currently live between Italy and Israel. Available for online and live lessons.

About the lesson

In recent years I have developed for myself (in learning 7 other languages in addition to mine) a method that has allowed me to learn effectively and deeply the language and culture of a people. I believe with all my heart that I can pass it on to my students! Rather than concentrating the time of the lessons on the rules of grammar, I believe in the importance of the practice of dialogue. The lessons must reconstruct typical conversations of many daily contexts. I love literature and the etymology of words. Available to teach everyone, from those who do not yet have the basics to those who want to perfect themselves, perhaps by reading Amos Oz or a newspaper in Hebrew.
