About Paul
My mother was a teacher, so I herited her passion for teaching (and learning). I have a Bachelor's in Food and Nutrition from SDSU, and own a meal prep business that operates in both Mexico and the US.
I also work as a chef and run an Italian restaurant (which is another language I speak).
My best trait is the ability to identify the learning style of my students, and adapting to it.
