About Harry
Hi! I’m Harry, a friendly and adaptable tutor from the UK with a background in Politics and a Master’s in International Human Rights Law. I’m currently preparing to teach English in Vietnam because I’m passionate about making education accessible and empowering for everyone. I believe language is one of the most powerful tools we have to connect, grow, and open up opportunities—and I love helping others build that confidence in English. I’ve tutored university students in academic English, grammar, and essay writing, and I always adapt my lessons to suit your goals, pace, and interests. Whether you want to improve conversation skills or get better at writing, I’ll support you in a calm, encouraging environment. I also have a real love for literature—some of my favourites include Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin, and The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov. I’m especially drawn to stories with emotional and political depth, and that shapes the way I teach: with thoughtfulness, curiosity, and a genuine respect for each learner’s voice.
