About Sara

I’m a Political Science graduate from the University of Ottawa, where I graduated with honours and a 3.9 GPA.

I currently work part-time as a public servant while also working as a community organizer and writer. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in political science, history, philosophy, gender studies and other social sciences.

I’m particularly passionate about helping students who feel intimidated by complicated readings or don’t know where to start with an essay or research project.

I’ve also had my investigative and opinion writing published online, and I genuinely enjoy breaking down complicated ideas and helping people find their own way of understanding them.

I offer personalized support for students working on essays, research projects, readings, exams, and assignments in the social sciences and humanities. Together, we can work through difficult concepts, figure out how to approach your research, build a clear argument, organize your paper, and improve your writing.

I can also help you understand complicated theories and readings by breaking them down into simpler terms and connecting them to the bigger picture.
