About Alejandra
I was born and raised in Colombia, 9 years ago I met my American partner and started the process of learning English as my second language. 6 years ago with only a conversational level of English I moved to USA to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Political Science. I have first hand experience on what it takes to learn a new language but also I have seen my partner learn Spanish and I believe that this makes me an ideal tutor for people that wants to learn Spanish to use it in their everyday life

A lesson with me will involve learning your goals and hopes for learning. I believe that intentionality is key so I will make it my focus to teach you Spanish to be used in real life scenarios. I believe that to learn a language you need to make it part of your daily life so I require a commitment of at least one piece of media consumption in Spanish that will be discussed during the lesson
