About Stephanie
Achieving a minor in English literature from San Diego State University, I have a passion for the English language. However, I did not always have the love for the subject that I do now. Growing up, I groaned when I was forced to pick up a book. I could not comprehend what made a successful essay. Now, I have the skills to find joy in whatever I am reading and create a formula that makes essay writing a breeze. I believe that the first step to academic success is finding the joy in the work, and I want to help you make English enjoyable.

Lessons will focus primarily on what the student is working on in school. Lessons can include anything from help writing essays to help studying for quizzes to everything in between. When the student does not have classwork to work on, we will focus on areas that we want to develop. I may offer supplemental reading, writing, or grammar assignments that will benefit the student when they return to their coursework. These lessons are geared towards middle school and high school students. Please feel free to email me with any questions about working together.
