About Mayumi
Physiotherapist and Pilates lover. I have experience with all levels and different ages. I worked with rheumatological, neurological, orthopaedic and pregnant clients (pre and post-natal). I like to work with body goals. Thus, we can work together towards the same goal.

Pilates Instructor qualified with Pilates Method Alliance, experienced in clinic and studio. Before we start, I will assess you and explain the basic concepts of Pilates and posture. Then, I will plan each class for you and your needs. My special interest is biomechanical and wellness. So, for me, it will be a pleasure to share my knowledge and learn more and more with each client. I offer private and semi-private classes.
