Carolinas understanding of the body is excellent. She always knows exactly what I need to work on to relieve any niggles I have. I leave her classes feeling both zen and a couple of inches taller;)

I highly recommend Carolina. Her classes are reallly good. I like that she takes the time to give you pointers to help you reach your goals and makes you feel comfortable during the class.

Carolina is a really professional pilates instructor. You can tell she knows what she is doing and I can trust her.
I can feel she is way better than most of the other Pilates and yoga instructors I have tried before.
