About Cheryl
I have been playing piano since I was 10 years old. I am now in my 60's which shows a lot of experience and know-how. I started teaching at 50 because a friend of mine asked me to teach her how to play the piano. I asked her if she would pay me and practice her lessons. Later on I did play keyboard in a worship band and lead a trio to perform at weddings using high school students from local schools who were already taking orchestra.

I have 20 years experience helping students achieve their goals and dreams by performing in recitals and competitions. No one is too old or too young to learn. Students start first by learning the major scales and chords, fingering exercises, and even songs they themselves would love to learn.
