I'm 24 years old. I have a weight training experience of 9 years where I've transformed myself from skinny to muscular, to fat and then to muscular. I recently finished a half marathon and I love sports. I am passionate about helping people in their fitness journey.

My methodology is completely based on science. I will teach everything with logic and proof and explain a lot of biomechanics and biochemistry about bodybuilding. I will teach how to achieve realistic goals in the shortest time possible and break a lot of myths about muscle building. I believe in science. I have a Master's degree in Applied Maths from DTU. I have been training for the past 20 years, lifting weights since 2017 and have undergone multiple transformations. I will help you achieve your goals.
