About Kirsty

Hi! My name is Kirsty and I am a newly qualified physiotherapist who studied at Bournemouth University. I am wanting to help teach and give some extra time dedicated towards GCSE and A-level PE. I understand that it can be quite tough with all the psychology that comes into it as well as trying to remember all the different sports dates. I would love to try to help with exam questions and just understanding basic knowledge as well as giving revision tips. I am very passionate about PE and have always loved learning about all the different concepts in sports. It will be a pleasure to teach.

About the lesson

My typical lesson is 30 mins content and then 30 mins exam style questions. I like to think this then gives a range of opportunity to get through as much as possible. However, I am very open to doing whatever suits my student to ensure they feel they are getting the most they can out of the sessions and allowing them to feel accomplished and more knowledgeable afterwards. Having an introduction lesson for free first allows students to gain an idea as to whether they like my teaching style or not.
