About Caite
I studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy over a 5 year period and since I have been working in a Private Practice and sports teams as a Physiotherapist.
I love learning about the human body and applying this knowledge to my patients and athletes.
I have always had a passion for mentoring and teaching roles and participated in several clubs and programs at University that allowed me to fulfil this passion.

I am a physiotherapist with an interest in sport and exercise. My goal is to be able to pass on my knowledge of anatomy & physiology, exercise prescription, biology, chemistry, biomechanics and more to the next generation of allied health professional.
A typical lesson will be 30-60 minutes and is adaptable to suit your needs. We can run through practice questions, or specific areas of interest or I can provide additional content for your learning.
My sessions are aimed at year 11/12 Science/Health/Sport subjects and University students studying Allied Health.
High school and university is tough and there is so much content to remember and learn. I want to help facilitate your learning in a way that helps you retain the information for longer periods and not just for your next test.
