About Shaista
Hi! I’m Shaista Anjum, a physiotherapist with a deep love for human anatomy and physiology. I work closely with patients in neuro, musculoskeletal, and pelvic rehabilitation, so I get to see every day how beautifully the human body works.
I love teaching because I know these subjects can feel heavy or confusing at first — but once you truly understand them, they become fascinating and even fun! My aim is to make learning simple, logical, and enjoyable, so you feel confident instead of overwhelmed.
