About Asa
I am currently a student pursuing a dual degree in physics and mathematics. I am part of the ptk honors society and currently take part in astronomy research. I have tutored students both online and in the college for about two years and have developed an understanding for the things that tend to cause confusion when learning math.
I am very curious and will use every opportunity to learn new things while teaching my students.

My tutoring comes from a place of love for Mathematics. This is why I always try to explain why techniques work and the mechanism behind rules and methods. I did not always have a good relationship with math, so I am very understanding and patient when a student is learning with me because I understand how challenging math can be. I do, however, believe that all people from all walks of life can learn math if we are just a little bit patient with ourselves, trust the learning process, and practice.
