About Taylor
I am a physics student studying at the University of the West of Scotland. I have prior experience working as both a teaching assistant and tutor at my local high school and primary school. In addition to my physics background, I have an Advanced Higher qualification in Chemistry, so can provide high school chemistry lessons if required.

My teaching method involves engaging closely with my students to identify patterns in their learning that allow them to perform at their best, and utilising these to tailor a learning plan unique to the student. In addition, I endeavour to link together topics so as to make the learning flow, and make sure the student understands the potential uses of each topic and where it links in next so as to make the course engaging.
My lessons will involve taking through a general overview of the topic from first principles, encouraging the student to think for themselves by helping them derive any laws or principles from the information presented, moving on to applications of the learning material. Once confident in the learning material, we shall then move on to exploring how this links in with the next area of study, or exploring any links back to previous lessons.
