About Aida
Having achieved 4A*s at A-levels in maths, further maths, chemistry and physics, I hope to any student seeking guidance at that stage as I remember vividly how stressful that period in my life was. I would love to answer and help with any additional questions students may have about university or studying in London and how to prepare for that. For the lessons to be tailored to students as best as possible, open communication is crucial to keep up to date with their curriculum, what they have recently covered in lessons and their syllabus for the year. If progress is good, I would not mind looking over previous tests and homework to learn from or including extra lessons before important exams.

STEM subjects are cumulative in nature and so understanding the core concepts is crucial to be able to tackle trickier questions in exams. Each lesson will begin exploring these concepts in detail and spending as much time as possible building up these ideas and how they may link to other topics to be applied in questions. Finally, these techniques would be put in practice by looking at exam questions together. I would typically aim for lessons lasting 1hr to 1.5 hrs. I have taught pupils in a range of years, those being: year 8, year 10 and year 12 in maths and physics.
