About Julio
I started giving lessons in math and physics to high school students while I was an undergrad, and I found that through teaching others, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the subjects. I graduated with a BSc in physics with a math minor, and spent 3 years doing computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for an engineering firm that specializes in large-scale building applications. In my spare time, I tutored over a dozen college students to achieve success in their physics and math courses.
Looking to help anyone from grade school through college achieve the success they deserve in studying the sciences, both in their understanding of the subjects and in the final grades they receive.

Math and science can often appear overwhelming. Most of my time in learning the sciences was spent simplifying difficult ideas down to basic principles and easy-to-remember concepts.
My approach as an instructor is to show the student that complicated ideas start out from simple origins. When you simplify a complicated problem down to a collection of simple ones, any problem becomes manageable.
During this time, I'd prefer to do virtual instruction through video or text chat, however, I am willing to travel if virtual instruction is not an option. The student will be provided with customized study material and detailed problem solutions. We will go through homework and make sure the student is prepared for upcoming exams.
