About Ngaire
For the past year, I have been working as an English teacher outside of the UK and have loved helping my students confidence build as they learn a new language.
I equally see this transformation when tutoring students in mathematics as numerical literacy is a vital skill for young adults to enter the world with.

I have previous experience tutoring GCSE and A-level Maths and have access to past papers and other resources from AQA, OCR and edexcel. I am part of a large community of Maths teachers that share knowledge and tips to help our students build their confidence and ability in mathematics.
My lessons revolve around targeted question practice with attention to mark schemes and showing clear workings. I typically set homework within the lesson and ask for it to be returned via email 48 hours prior to our lesson. We then will go through the corrections and consolidate new skills with question practice within the class.
