About Merrick

My fascination with physics began when I started learning how natural laws explain the behavior of objects, energy, and motion in the universe. I was inspired by how mathematical relationships could describe complex phenomena with clear scientific rules. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and later complete a Master’s in Applied Physics.

During the past 7 years, I have taught physics to students who wanted to strengthen their understanding of scientific principles for academic studies and examinations. Through teaching experience, I realized that many learners struggle when formulas are introduced without explaining the physical meaning behind them. Because of this, I focus on connecting mathematical expressions with real-world examples.

My teaching style emphasizes clarity, logical reasoning, and consistent practice. I encourage students to analyze problems carefully and understand how different physical laws apply in various situations. Helping learners develop confidence in physics and strengthen their scientific thinking skills is one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching journey.

About the lesson

My physics lessons focus on helping students understand the scientific principles that describe how the physical world behaves. Physics explores topics such as motion, forces, energy, and matter, and these ideas explain many natural phenomena that occur in everyday life. In my lessons, I explain these concepts clearly so students can develop a logical understanding of physical processes.

Lessons usually begin with basic topics such as motion, speed, and acceleration. Students learn how objects move and how forces influence changes in motion. Understanding these ideas allows learners to analyze real-life situations such as moving vehicles, falling objects, and mechanical systems. These foundational concepts help build confidence in studying more advanced areas of physics.

As students progress further, lessons expand into topics such as energy conservation, wave motion, electricity, and magnetism. Students practice solving physics problems using formulas and reasoning techniques. My goal is to help learners understand not only how to calculate answers but also why physical laws behave in certain ways.
