About Mercedes

My name is Mercedes, I'm 34 years old, and I'm a dance teacher, Pilates instructor, dancer, and choreographer. I graduated with a degree in Dance from the National University of Arts and have trained independently in various contemporary dance and ballet techniques, yoga, stretching, and functional training. In my experience, training is a path of self-discovery that makes me feel alive. It gives me great pleasure to be able to provide others with tools to feel better.

About the lesson

Classes are individually designed to meet the needs of each student. This allows for sessions focused on overcoming limitations, relieving pain, or strengthening muscles. We will incorporate elements from various techniques such as functional training, dance, Pilates, and yoga. Our goal is to provide tools for healthier movement, improved physical performance, and a space for self-discovery.
