About TATIANA
I graduated in 2010 at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, and always sought to integrate rehabilitation and prevention with body techniques. And I found in Pilates and Yoga this junction, which integrates the execution of movements with awakening a self knowledge.

I base my classes on Classic Pilates, working on refinement of movements, combining body control with breathing. Yoga, on the other hand, follows the pre-Classical line of ancient Yoga, also known as Swásthya Yoga. Which was systematized by Master DeRose. My work is totally personalized, respecting the constraints and development of each one.
